Private Studio Space – Currently one shared space available – 225 sq. ft. at $350 per month (minimum 6-month lease). This space is part of a larger private studio space. There are two artists in the front half of the space. The space available is the back half of the space. Within that space, there is an artist sink on the right side of the space that is shared by the artists.
This space has 24/7 access and is a private space with a door that can be locked. There are windows in the back that bring in natural light.
Artist – Open Format | Semi-Private Studio Spaces (minimum 6-month lease)
Open format, studio space designed for visual artists that encourages creativity. Plenty of room to spread out and work on projects in spaces filled with abundant natural light.
Includes individual lockable storage cabinet and access to shared artist sink.
24/7 access.
Three studio spaces (Matisse, Monet, Renoir) available with floor to ceiling windows – 170 sq. ft. each @ $295 per month.
Two studio spaces (Cézanne and Picasso) with quarter size windows – 145 sq. ft. each @ $250 per month
Visual Artist Ateliers (open & collaborative space)
An affordable open studio option for visual artists looking for a space to create. Located in the natural light-filled main area of The Mix Creative Space. Each space comes equipped with an easel, stool or chair and adjustable height worktable. Access to shared artist sink.
8am-5pm access – Monday to Friday. Space can be reserved but is on a first come, first served basis.

We enable creatives to thrive as working artists and support new and emerging artists. We strive to create a collaborative and supportive community contributing to the advancement of the arts in Dallas and North Texas.
The Mix Creative Space provides resources such as private and shared studio spaces and co-working/creative office spaces, training and educational opportunities through an ongoing creative focused speaker series, classroom space for teaching artists, gallery space and an exhibition/event/artist market space.
