Chisholm Trail Art Association “Art of the Song” Art Show.
This art show will be held October 11th & 12th, 2019, in conjunction with the Nocona Nights Music Festival in Nocona, Texas. The CTAA is excited to present a brand new art show and sale. This is a themed show, all entries must be inspired by music of the artist’s choice. Prospectus/Entry Form is below. Deadline to apply is August 1st.

This is a themed art show. Entries should be inspired by music of the artist’s choice. The show is open to all artists 21 years of age and older.
Original 2 and 3-dimensional artwork which includes: oils, acrylics, watercolor, pastels, photographs, digital art, sculpture, fiber & glass.
Size of framed and hanging artwork shall not exceed 144 inches or 36” x 36”. Example: a “28 x 36” would equal 128 inches. 28 + 36 = 64 x 2 =128. If you have a question about display sizes and are providing your own easel or display stand please contact us.

Please send digital jpg photo no larger than 2 mg by August 1, 2019 and mail in your entry form with your check.
All entrants will be emailed a notification of acceptance by August 31, 2019. Accepted artwork must be delivered to LG Lemons Gallery, 300 Clay Street, Nocona, TX 76255 (see *** on next page) by 5 pm, October 9, 2019 and picked up on October 13, 2019 between 12 pm and 2 pm at the Justin Building. 100 Clay Street, Nocona, TX.
All artwork must be framed, wired and ready to hang. NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS. Gallery wrapped canvases are acceptable if the sides are painted and they are wired and ready to hang.
All artwork must be labeled on the back with the artist’s name, address, title of the piece, phone number and price of the piece.
