Marie’s formal training includes a Master of Fine Arts Degree from TWU with additional studies in Switzerland, France, Holland, Italy, England and Russia. Marie will be sharing her art story, talking about and giving us a demonstration on just one of her many mediums, Collage.
Her work has been accepted into many international shows and have won outstanding awards. She was the Plano Profile Artist of the Year in 2010 and recently won the Contemporary Watercolorists of Arizona in the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies as well as an Excellence Award in the Richardson Civic Art Society’s 48th Regional Juried Show. In addition her work is included in many collections.
