Encaustic Monotypes are an original printmaking process created by painting on a heated surface with encaustic paint then gently laying the paper down to pick up the beautiful image. You can then work back into them with more encaustic paint, inks, pastels or collage. This is so much fun – a loose and freeing process. No encaustic painting experience required, just go for it! |
