Richardson Civic Art Society: 54th ANNUAL REGIONAL ART EXHIBITION & SALE
April 29, 2020 through May 25, 2020
Sunday, May 10, 2020 – 7:00 to 9:00 pm Awards Reception at Charles W. Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive, Richardson, TX 75082.
The 54th Annual Regional Juried Art Exhibition & Sale, to be held at the Charles W. Eisemann Center, is open for entries. Complete entry instructions and a link to the Call for Entry (Cafe’) callforentry.org website and the Prospectus can be found on the RCAS Home page at www.richardson-arts.org. Please read the Prospectus carefully for all entry requirements.
Key information is:
Entry Deadline: March 9, 2020 (no exceptions).
Open to all amateur and professional Texas artists, age 18 and over.
Artwork must be original and executed after April 1, 2018 without instructor supervision and must not have been accepted into any previous RCAS Regional Show.
Categories are:
Oil/Acrylic on Canvas or Hard Surface
Water Media on Paper
Collage/Mixed Media
Pastels/Graphics.

Entry Process: You must enter your images and pay your entry fees through the Call for Entry (Cafe’) website at callforentry.org. (See Prospectus for image file format requirements). There is a link to callforentry.org on the www.richardson-arts.org website.
Entry Fees: $35 entry fee for one piece, $10 for each additional piece (i.e. three (3) pieces for $55.00). Limit three pieces per artist.
Membership Discount: RCAS Members receive a 25% discount.

All fees are non-refundable.
The juror for this exhibit is Deanna Thibault.
Entering this exhibition shall be understood to constitute an agreement on the part of the artist to all rules and conditions as set forth in the Prospectus.

Best of Show (Purchase Award) $1500.00
Judge’s Choice Award $500.00

Water media on Paper 1st, 2nd, 3rd, HM
Collage/Mixed Media 1st, 2nd, 3rd, HM
Pastels/Graphics 1st, 2nd, 3rd, HM
Cash prizes in each category for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable Mention will be $300, $250, $200, and $150 respectively. Merchandise awards will be distributed equitably among the categories at the judge’s discretion. There will be approximately $7,000.00 in cash and merchandise awards.
