Art Critiques with Maureen Brouillette

Join me and other artists once a month for a critique of your recent work. There are many advantages to joining a critique group. You will be motivated to get at least one or two paintings done a month so that you will have something to show at the next critique. The more work you do the better artist you will become.

If getting accepted into juried shows and winning awards is important to you, those things are much more likely to happen. You will build a network of artist friends who you will see monthly. And finally, you will learn various ways to improve your work and push it to the next level.

I critique each artists’ work individually for ten minutes. You may bring one or two pieces for critique. All levels are welcome. The cost is $25. Bring an artist friend if you like. They may observe once for free to see if they are interested in joining our group.

The Dallas group meets at 10:30 am on the second Tuesday of every month at 399 West Campbell Rd., Suite 200A in the board room for the Richardson Symphony Orchestra. The Arlington group meets at noon on the fourth Tuesday of every month at The Tin Cup Cafe at 1025 West Abram St.
