Central Texas Watercolor Society presents its spring workshop: Carl Dalio AWS, NWS, RMNWS at the Arboretum in Waco,
April 21-24, 2020 9am-5pm. $375 for non CTWS members.
Internal artist, Carl Dalio, is well known for his expressive use of color and his friendly, easy going teaching style. His paintings, infused with vibrant light and saturated color, have appeared six times on the covers of national art magazines.
