Quanah Parker Exhibit November 6 – December 18, 2019

The “Quanah Parker Exhibit | One Man, Two Worlds”,  is a traveling exhibit of rarely seen photos of Quanah Parker and his mother, Cynthia Ann Parker. The photo exhibit will be on display from November 6, 2019 through December 18, 2019, at the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum, 2029 North Main Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76164.

11-16-2019 | 1-2PM | Lance Tahmakera Presentation

Lance Tahmahkera, the great-great grandson of Comanche Chief Quanah Parker, will discuss Comanche history, culture, and life on the plains. Mr. Tahmahkera will bring heirlooms such as buckskin clothing, bead work, regalia, and more. The discussion will include a Q&A period. NOTE: This presentation is suitable for older teens and adults. 11-20-2019 | 5:30-7 PM Reception with Curators of Exhibit
