The 38th National Pastel Show will be on display during the month of October 2019 at the Tower Gallery, located at the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Grapevine Texas, 636 S. Main St. Entry to the competition was open to all artists working in the soft pastel medium. The reception date is TBA.
