Halcyon will be an open-themed, contemporary and fine art exhibition at The Janette Kennedy Art Gallery, in downtown Dallas Texas, from December 4th, 2019 – January 3rd, 2020. This intimate exhibition will include small collections from each accepted artist. Opening reception to be held on Saturday, December 7th, 6 – 9 PM.

Accepting all contemporary and fine art submissions. Submissions are open internationally. All work must have been completed within the years 2016-2019 and not previously exhibited at any Envision Arts Exhibition. Eligible media include, but are not limited to: drawing, painting, photography, mixed media, oil/chalk pastels, block/ink print, pottery/vessels, sculpture, assemblage, digital art, collage, metal work, jewelry design, fiber/textile art, wood work and contemporary craft. NUMBER OF ENTRIES + APPLICATION FEE
Each artist is limited to ten (10) images per submission. There is a $35 (USD) non-refundable/non-transferable fee, for up to ten (10) images. Payments must be submitted online at the time of application. Deadline to submit work is November 22, 2019.
SIZE LIMITATIONS
All work must be ready for installation/ready to hang. All canvas and/or framed works MUST be wired to hang, with D-rings; no saw tooth hangers. Submissions are restricted to a weight limit of no more than 25 pounds. Works cannot exceed 36 inches in any direction. Any sculpture or assemblage that exceeds 24 inches in any direction must be available for floor display only. Envision Arts reserves the right to exclude any entry that presents complex/overly complicated installation or assembly problems.
ARTIST NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Accepted artists will be notified no later than November 30th, 2019 via their provided email.
