FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, DALLAS, TX – In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11’s Moon landing, PDNB Gallery will be exhibiting, Thomas Herbrich: The Truth About the Moon Landing, on view through August 24, 2019.
Thomas Herbrich’s Uncle, Stanley Herbrich, was one of the most important employees in the history of NASA. He alone saved NASA from what would have been the biggest fiasco in the agency’s history. We are talking about the first Moon landing by Apollo 11 on July 20th 1969. Did the Americans really land on the Moon, or was it all just staged in a studio?

The simple answer is BOTH!

From this legacy, Herbrich will show how – for the very first time- these photos came about under a great mantle of secrecy.

The humorous photographs featured in this series, play on the conspiracy theory that this historical event was an elaborate hoax and there was no moon landing.
This amusing exhibition coincides with PDNB’s summer group show, HOT DOG!
