Copic 101 class on April 20 – Learn the basics

Due to popular demand… Copic 101 is back!

Do you love coloring beautiful images?  Have you heard about Copic alcohol-based art markers, but have no idea what they are or where to start?  Or maybe you even own a few of them, but can’t seem to get the results you want on your own?

Copic 101 to the rescue!

Come join in the fun on Saturday, April 20th, from 1-3:30 p.m. for my Irving Art Association-sponsored Copic 101 class.  It will be held at the Jaycee Park Center for the Arts (located at 1975 Puritan Dr., Irving, TX 75061).

During this class, you’ll learn all about the Copic color families, compatible paper/inks, blending and shading techniques, how to refill your markers, and much more.  I only offer this class a few times a year, so now is your chance to join in the fun!

You will leave with my Copic essentials guide, a complete sample technique sheet as well as a beautiful dimensional butterfly card (pictured below). All supplies (including Copic markers) will be provided for class use, so there is no need to purchase markers for this class.   Did I mention there will be door prizes?!

The April Copic 101 class fee is $35. If you are interested in signing up, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Your spot will be confirmed once payment is received or a scholarship spot has been provided.
