Dallas Contemporary turns Forty!

This year, Dallas Contemporary turned 40 years old!

Since 1978, DC has been providing the North Texas community with FREE cutting-edge exhibitions and dynamic educational programming. We like to think that we are Forty & Fabulous. What makes us so fabulous? In 2018 alone, we increased our visitor attendance by 20%, debuted knockout, original exhibitions from artists like Mary Katrantzou, Eric Fischl, Sara Rahbar, and Ian Davenport and unveiled the museum’s first ever College Night: an after-hours art-filled evening available exclusively to North Texas area college and university students.
