The Visual Art League of Lewisville will present watercolor artist Stephen Zhang as the speaker for the November Art League Meeting. Mr. Zhang will speak on the Flow in Watercolor.
Stephen Zhang is known for his unique approaches to watercolor. With large-scale and fluidity, his works are visually rich and emotionally profound. His art incorporates the artistic traditions of the East and West.
The meeting takes place on Tuesday, November 13th from 7-9 in Classroom 2 at the Medical Center of Lewisville (MCL) Grand Theater, 100 N. Charles St., Lewisville.
This event is open to the public and there is no charge.
He was born in China. Mr. Zhang received his MFA degree from UNT. He
has been painting over 30 years.
Stephen’s works have been awarded to Watermedia Showcase, Watercolor
USA, Transparent Watercolor Society of America, Watercolor West and many
more.
