Throughout the history of art, the human figure has remained a persistent subject of intrigue that educates artists on the fundamentals of visual language. Concept, illustration, and story artist Marko Head will teach you the basics of figure drawing with charcoal in this hands-on workshop coinciding with Tyrone Geter’s exhibition. Following a demonstration and warm-up exercises, participants will learn how to sketch the shapes, shadows, postures, and proportions of a live model while practicing both gestural and detail hand techniques.
All supplies provided.
