Looking for 2 working artist to share studio space with me. The Goldmark Dr. building is located near; Interstate 75 and 635 area near TI) in and old office park building. Full-time artist preferred for larger space. Total sq. ft. is 950, Rent is $450. for the larger studio and $200. for smaller space. I will be in the one of the larger spaces.
